· Tasks and Responsibilities: developing, reviewing andnegotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services· responding to inquiries andresolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided,and persons affected· managing paperwork associatedwith contracts, programs, projects and services provided· working with Project Managers,Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that goalsare met· advising senior management onmatters requiring attention and implementing their decisions· overseeing work by contractorsand reporting on variations to work orders· preparing and reviewingsubmissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities· collecting and analysing dataassociated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes· reviewing and arranging newoffice accommodation Requirements· Diploma required· At least three years ofrelevant experience· Able to work well on a team· Have a demonstrated trackrecord in the delivery of commercial construction projects.· Impeccable attention to detail.· Strong communication skillswith an inherent ability to build strong lasting relationships with contractorsand suppliers.· Strong IT skills.
