About the role

Situated in ACT, the company is committed to providing a precisely tailored service to our customers. For business growth, currently we are seeking a highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be excited by the prospect of working with an agile and innovative team. 

Your Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Being responsible for managing all aspects of company contracts, including contract drafting, interpretation, reviews, amending, updating and variations negotiation etc.
  • Promptly managing contract performance, change and termination in order to prevent company interests from loss.
  • Maintaining all necessary registers, contractual documentation and templates.
  • Liaising with outside legal practitioners and other departments to ensure that contract deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Developing and preparing regular reports on the status of contracts.
  • Cooperating with project managers, engineering professionals, clients, etc. to ensure that goals are met.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • At least 3 years proven working experience as a Contract Administrator.
  • At least a bachelor degree.
  • Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Having skills in Microsoft Office, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Having the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment.
