Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canberra for a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing contract lifecycles, negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and supporting procurement processes. Daily tasks will include reviewing and drafting contracts, maintaining contract records, managing forecasting and cost controls and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of agreements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Contract Management and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and interpreting contract terms
  • Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in Procurement processes
  • Strong skills in Forecasting and Cost Controls
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Relevant experience in the property development or construction industry is a must
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Building or related field
