Primary Purpose of the Role

To uplift the quality, consistency and strategic impact of our tender submissions through content consolidation, strategic messaging, and visual formatting. This short-term contract will focus on reviewing previous bids, drafting reusable boilerplate content and helping create branded templates that reflect our strengths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Prior Submissions

    Analyse previous tenders to extract high-quality, reusable content aligned with current service models.
  • Content Development

    Draft and refine professionally written boilerplate responses across common RFP sections
  • Strategic Messaging

    Assist in developing clear win themes and "Why choose us" messaging tailored to regulated, high-volume, and digitally-enabled recovery environments.

  • Template & Visual Uplift

  • Apply iconography, formatting consistency and brand-aligned design elements

  • Support layout improvements in Word and PowerPoint

  • Help structure a professional pitch pack and reusable response templates

  • Internal Engagement

    Participate in stakeholder interviews to validate and enrich content (Governance, Legal, Digital, Compliance, etc.).

  • Final Delivery

    Contribute to final QA, content consolidation, and handover of templates and documentation for internal reuse.

Required Experience & Skills

Must Have:

  • Demonstrated experience writing or contributing to commercial tenders (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs)
  • Strong command of bid writing principles, compliance-driven language, and persuasive business writing
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and technology in service delivery (e.g., automation, AI, digital communication)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create clear, well-structured and visually engaging content
  • Detail-focused with strong editing, layout and version control skills

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the debt collection or BPO industry
  • Prior exposure to regulated environments (e.g., financial services, local government)
  • Understanding of ISO standards, ASIC/ACMA/AFCA regulatory environments
  • Experience using icons, tables, and visuals to improve document readability
