As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and driven Bid and Tender Manager to join our Head Office team in Rosebery. This is a high-impact opportunity to take the lead on end-to-end tender submissions and contribute directly to strategic business growth across multiple divisions.
The Opportunity
As the Bid and Tender Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities through to submission ensuring high-quality and compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of tenders, EOIs, RFQs, and proposals.
- Prepare accurate, professional, and engaging submissions within deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather technical and operational input.
- Coordinate tender briefings, site visits, and Q&A processes.
- Maintain a centralised content library and develop bid templates and tools.
- Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and client-specific requirements.
- Respond to tender-related enquiries and act as the main point of contact throughout the process.
About You
- Previous experience in tender coordination, ideally within labour hire, infrastructure, or industrial services.
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite experience is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with procurement portals such as VendorPanel, TenderLink, or similar.
