We provide services such as EAP counselling, critical incident response, onsite and remote support, psychosocial risk management, and tailored wellbeing consultation to help individuals and organisations thrive.

The Tender & Proposal Writer is responsible for developing compelling, client-focused and compliant proposals, tenders and bids that clearly articulate the organisation's value proposition. This role plays a critical part in securing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships and supporting organisational growth by ensuring submissions are high quality, competitive and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft written content for business-as-usual collateral, such as newsletters, blogs, social posts and other content-related pieces aligning to marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all content is clear, accurate, and aligned with AccessEAP's brand voice and style while being audience and project-specific.
  • Assist with content population into digital platforms (CRM, Website, Social scheduling, etc.)
  • Support campaign materials, preparing first-draft content based on briefs provided by the Design and Marketing Specialist.
  • Apply design fundamentals to ensure consistency across all outputs.
  • Use established templates and guidelines to create simple design outputs.
  • Adapt pre-existing brand assets, templates and guides.
  • Provide overflow assistance on marketing projects, campaign tasks, and staff requests.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing, content, or communications support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in building marketing and communications capability.
