About Spicy Tiger

Spicy Tiger partners with brands as their outsourced creative department on monthly retainers. We also take on one-off projects across branding, websites, and campaigns from social to full TVCs.

The role

Own relationships, planning and delivery for 6–10 retainer clients. Lead WIPs, brief creatives, protect scope, and keep momentum high across content, web, email and ads. You orchestrate the work so the team can do their best.

You're the bridge between the brand and our creative pod-owning comms, priorities and momentum.

What you'll do

  • Lead day-to-day client comms, run fortnightly WIPs and monthly reviews
  • Turn goals into quarterly plans, monthly priorities and weekly actions
  • Build content calendars and campaign plans; brief, QA and ship on time
  • Manage Notion boards, timelines and approvals with clear next steps
  • Coordinate shoots: run sheets, talent, locations, consent forms
  • Align delivery to brand strategy and campaign objectives
  • Track testing insights with our Digital Strategist and document learnings
  • Attend select shoots and vox pop sessions; assist on site when needed

What success looks like (first 90 days)

  • ~90% of tasks shipped on time with clear next steps logged in Notion
  • Comms and reporting feel tight and valuable for clients
  • A simple monthly testing loop in place with 2–3 learnings per client

Must-haves

  • 2+ years in a marketing manager or account management role (agency or in-house)
  • Exceptional communication across email, calls and meetings
  • Strong planning and prioritisation; confident delegating to creatives
  • Working knowledge of modern marketing: content, social, paid (Meta/Google), email (Klaviyo), web (Webflow/Shopify basics), SEO fundamentals
  • Australian driver's licence and ability to attend local client or shoot locations
  • Team player with a client-first mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience coordinating video or photo shoots
  • Familiarity with GA4 and UTM hygiene
  • Comfort updating content in Webflow or Shopify
