Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and Genesys Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects that integrate Salesforce with Genesys, ensuring seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and Genesys projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define requirements, scope, and priorities.
• Integration Oversight: Coordinate Salesforce–Genesys integration initiatives, ensuring alignment of CRM workflows, IVR, CTI, and omnichannel communication.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish governance frameworks, maintain project documentation, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, business analysts) and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in project execution methodologies, leveraging Agile or hybrid frameworks.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with implementation partners and monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of IT project management experience with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM and Genesys Cloud/Engage solutions.
• Proven track record delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of Genesys contact center technologies, including IVR design, routing strategies, CTI integration, and omnichannel support.
• Experience managing Salesforce–Genesys integrations using APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors.
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Salesforce or Genesys certification preferred.
