Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the complete documentation lifecycle — creation, review, approval, version control, and archiving for engineering deliverables, technical data, and commercial records.
  • Analyse, review, arrange, and upload documents into document management systems with precision and accuracy.
  • Execute document control transactions, including working copy requests, updates, resubmissions, and business support tasks.
  • Oversee deliverable workflows (IFI, IFR, IFA), handover activities, and QA/QC checks.
  • Create and manage document numbering systems, comment sheets, and task reporting to ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Develop and maintain document control processes, procedures, templates, and reporting frameworks.
  • Provide regular reporting for deliverables tracking and task expediting.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance document control efficiency.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company policies.
  • Liaise effectively with management, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders across all levels of the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in document control within engineering, construction, or technical project environments.
  • Strong technical expertise with systems such as InEight or Aconex.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to improve and streamline processes.
