What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering person-centred, compassionate care to residents
  • Safely administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with a supportive care team
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Providing reassurance and emotional support to residents & families
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year nursing experience (aged care preferred)
  • Solid clinical skills and confidence in decision-making
  • Warm, approachable communicator and team player
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a heart for aged care
