We are looking for 2 new team members to join our crew at Integrated Smiles Bendigo. Our state-of-the-art practice in Bendigo is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team.

We require the following:

  1. Front office coordinator (Receptionist) - Full-time
  2. Dental Assistant (Trainee or qualified) - Full-time

A dental background would be an advantage and experience is preferred but not necessary.

We are more than happy to train the right candidate.

Availability: Monday - Thursday :45. Friday PM.

Remuneration above the Award.

We are seeking a candidate who is reliable, kind and hard-working.

Your duties will include, but are not limited too:

Front office coordinator:

Administrative tasks such as reception, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, taking payments, emails etc.

Dental Assistant:

Chair side assisting, preparation of procedures, patient care and comfort, sterilization, stock control, general cleaning etc.

The suitable applicant must possess these qualities:

A positive attitude towards work and patient care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Work within a team environment.

Reliability and availability to work during the specified hours.
