An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Manager to join a thriving organisation in Bendigo. Your New Role

As the Customer Service/Support Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Office, ensuring superior service delivery and adherence to best practice standards. You'll lead and develop a dedicated team, manage performance, and support cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring the customer service team, including induction, training, and performance management
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, invoicing, and credit claims
  • Providing comprehensive sales support across all channels, including pricing, promotions, and reporting
  • Managing web sales and consumer enquiries with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Driving month-end accounting activities and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Investigating and resolving Corrective Action Reports with urgency and precision
  • Maintaining ERP systems and evolving business processes for greater efficiency
  • Overseeing office consumables, cleanliness, and general administration
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety-conscious behaviour
