We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead and manage coordination and governance of activities and resources within the Office of the Assistant Director-General, Human Resources School Operations.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality written and oral advice on complex issues including the preparation of complex reports, briefings, submissions and other communication on a range of strategic and operational issues relating to school resourcing and related initiatives and projects.
- Provide high level leadership in facilitating the establishment and ongoing coordination of key stakeholder groups to ensure effective achievement of objectives and report and escalate relevant issues to senior management.
- Undertake risk identification, assessment and management, recommending best practice strategies to minimise risk exposure and maximise opportunities.
- Develop and manage a governance framework ensuring a defined approach to policies, processes, functions and responsibilities, ensuring accountability for activity completion, stakeholder engagement, and appropriate allocation of resources.
- Establish effective partnerships to ensure strong commitment to implementation of objectives within agreed timelines and budget.
