Pastry Chef/Baker

Mörk is seeking a passionate Pastry Chef/Baker to join our growing pastry team in our exciting new CBD kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while working with premium ingredients at Melbourne's most recognised chocolate and hospitality brand.

Join our established pastry team in a brand new, spacious facility where quality meets creativity. Working under the guidance of our Head Baker, you'll help create our rotating seasonal pastry specials using the highest quality ingredients while contributing to operations that supply Mörk's five venues and wholesale network.

Located right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD with the Flagstaff Gardens directly across the road, our venue is flooded with natural light and features an adjoining café window at the front—perfect for enjoying a specially brewed coffee while taking in the vibrant city atmosphere.

This position requires early morning start times to ensure fresh daily production.
