The Role:

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by providing outstanding support to our clients and our Architectural sales managers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers; this includes architects, contractors and fabricators.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and proactively reaching out to prospects.
  • Providing product information, technical support, and guidance to customers.
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date our CRM for both customers and our project pipeline.
  • Collaborating with the external sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Qualifying warm enquiries for our suite of products via email and phone.
  • Assist architects with their design challenges by offering solutions from our range of architectural cladding and roofing solutions
  • Creating and completing tasks for the Architectural Sales Manager
  • Supporting with office administrative duties

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A good understanding of architectural cladding and roofing products and their applications is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required for this position.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
