About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales professional to join the team at Limbs & Things Aust PTY LTD in Dandenong South, VIC. This is a full-time opportunity to play a key role in driving sales success within the wider Sales team. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with both new and existing customers, providing expert product knowledge and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through outbound calls, emails and relationship building
  • Handling inbound sales enquiries and converting these into sales opportunities
  • Providing detailed product information and recommendations to customers
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborating with the wider Sales team to share best practices and support the achievement of team targets
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in Inside Sales, preferably within the medical/healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Proactive and driven, with a consultative sales approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
