Hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:30am – 2:30pm

Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 pro rata

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Executive Operations Assistant to support our team across administration, customer service, and warehouse operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who loves working in a busy, hands-on environment while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and administrative support to management
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate data entry in our computer system
  • Assist with purchasing, inventory checks, and product dispatch
  • Help in the warehouse and shop — picking, packing, restocking, and merchandising
  • Support the team during our busy Back-to-School season
  • General office duties including filing, printing, and assisting with basic reporting

About You
  • Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident speaking with customers on the phone — friendly and professional phone manner is essential
  • Customer service focused, with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both in the office and in the warehouse
  • Previous experience in administration or similar
  • Able to work within school hours and assist with extra hours during busy periods if required.
