Thanks to the increase in business performance, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our dynamic operations.

Based in Launceston and reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative workplace that values integrity, precision, and people-first service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple platforms
  2. Liaise with Project Managers to assist in scheduling works and coordinating resources
  3. Support the Office Manager with accounts and invoicing processes, including supplier and client communications
  4. Assist with onboarding documentation and general HR administration
  5. Monitor shared inboxes and respond to internal and external queries
  6. Upload and manage documents within our job management systems
  7. Provide general office support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Skills:

  1. Familiarity with Xero accounting software
  2. Experience using job management platforms such as Aroflo or Simpro
  3. Strong communication and organisational skills
  4. Ability to work independently while supporting a broader team
  5. A commitment to confidentiality, accuracy,m and professional integrity
