We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team, based in Queensland.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Strategic Sales Manager, this role is responsible for selling gaming products to licensed hotel and club operators within an assigned territory, enhancing the customer experience in the process. Success in the role will depend on building strong relationships with customers, having a sound understanding of Light & Wonder products, utilising data to showcase product appeal as well as teamwork both with peers in the Sales team and cross functionally beyond that.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key LNW contact for club industry associations in QLD including Club Managers Association and Clubs QLD associations, driving LNW awareness, brand advocacy.
- Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets through diligent market planning using tools that you can contribute to improving over time.
- Client Engagement: Build and sustain robust relationships with potential clients and partners, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.
- Customer experience (CX): Leveraging experience and passion for CX to improve the experience and consistency of that experience provided to customers – working as appropriate with related functions in the business.
- Product Mastery: Develop an in-depth understanding of LNW products and the ability to articulate the value to clients.
- Reporting and Analytics: Scope, develop and provide updates on sales activities and market insights to inform strategy, planning and sales enablement.
- Support for State Manager - team leadership and coaching.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated consultative, value-based solution selling skills and ability to connect innovative solutions to customer priorities.
- Experienced in building and maintaining Executive level (CXO) stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. By extension, ability to craft sales strategies from the effective use of data.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline in CRM with proper qualification and relationship mapping of opportunities from demand creation through to execution
Experience, Education and Qualification:
- More than 5 years of sales account management experience preferred
- Experience selling to Clubs and Hotels industry preferred, but not essential

Responsible for selling the company's products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
