**Position Summary**:
The company is in search of an enthusiastic and proactive Social Media & PR Coordinator to join its tightly-knit team. As the Social Media & PR Coordinator, the individual will play a pivotal role in executing the brand's social media strategy, managing online presence, and contributing to the global e-commerce success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: The role involves taking charge of the brand's social media accounts across various platforms. This includes creating and curating engaging content, comprising posts, stories, and multimedia, to resonate with the target audience and drive brand visibility.
- **Community Engagement**: The Social Media & PR Coordinator will foster a robust online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and interactions on the brand's social media platforms. Building meaningful connections with customers and influencers is a key aspect.
- **Content Creation**: The individual will be responsible for developing compelling and innovative content that aligns with the brand's voice and values. Collaboration with the design team to create eye-catching visuals and graphics is expected.
- **Public Relations**: The role will assist in managing public relations efforts, including composing press releases, coordinating media outreach, and cultivating relationships with relevant industry stakeholders.
- **Influencer Collaboration**: Identifying and collaborating with social media influencers and bloggers to amplify the brand's reach and engagement is a vital task. Monitoring and reporting on influencer campaigns will also be required.
- **Campaign Support**: Contribution to the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media marketing campaigns aimed at promoting products, events, and special offers.
- **Analytics and Insights**: Utilizing social media analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics, gather insights, and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media strategies is a core responsibility.
- **Market Trends**: Staying informed about social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry developments to recommend innovative strategies and tactics is expected.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and platforms.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics to create visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram ideally)
- A detail-oriented, organized approach to tasks, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Basic photography and video editing skills would be considered a bonus.
