**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of valued clients — building trust and delivering top-tier service.
- Make proactive outbound calls to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities that genuinely benefit the client.
- Prepare and deliver quotes for a wide range of tech solutions:

- Hardware: phones, computers, printers, accessories
- Services: NBN, VoIP, managed IT, cybersecurity
- Support senior sales reps with quoting and follow-ups.
- Keep our CRM up to date with client interactions and insights.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives.

**What You Bring**
- 2-3 years in account management, sales, or customer success — ideally in tech, IT, or telco.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience with quoting tools and CRMs is a bonus.
- Full Australian working rights.
