**About the Role**

This position will be responsible for building successful frameworks for new project initiatives, they will work closely with key stakeholders such IT, Manufacturing, Retail Managers, Ecommerce and Marketing to successfully implement into market projects.

The Operations Implementation Lead will support the execution of new projects by driving the use of workplace tools and training programs into our retail and manufacturing network.

**In this role you will**
- Be empowered to lead Day to day management of projects, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met for the smooth roll out into the business.
- Provide visibility of projects and risks to the Senior Management in regular reporting and analysis.
- Identify opportunities and next steps for improved efficiencies and revenue for our online channels on site.
- Be responsible for the development and ownership of key KPIs and skills associated with them in retail and manufacturing.

**About You**

- End to End project management experience
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders and able to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements into a project plan.
- Ensure effective delivery of projects, with an ability to manage constraints and challenges to delivery.
- Work with a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to improve and implement change.
- Providing professional advice or problem resolution on key operational projects.
- At least 5 years’ experience working within Retail, Manufacturing or FMCG (highly regarded)
- A highly proactive, resourceful, customer-focused approach with sound business acumen and strong attention to detail.
- Superior influencing & relationship development skills.
