About the role:
Our CTCs play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our studies, ensuring trials are conducted ethically, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory standards. But - you don't do this alone Each CTC has great support from a Team Leader and a Principal Investigator to help coordinate and manage studies. Using your organising super talent and honing your attention to detail, you will be a key operational contributor as well as a frontline ambassador for client satisfaction and patient experience. Your work will support the company's growth trajectory by fostering trust, delivering excellence through same day data-entry and ensuring high levels of participant retention and engagement.
What could a typical day look like?
- Liaising effectively with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure seamless trial execution and issue resolution, providing timely updates and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Being the primary point of contact for trial participants, ensuring a compassionate and responsive experience, proactively addressing queries to facilitate retention and return
- Accurately documenting trial data to deliver same day results to our clients and speedy response to queries, maintaining meticulous records to support audit readiness and data quality
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the participant journey, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to optimise trial efficiency

And whether you have the skills and qualifications like:
- Tertiary qualification in Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy
- Experience in clinical trials
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Sound knowledge of GCP and applicable regulations
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or appropriate work visa
- Current AHPRA Registration (where relevant)
