You will form an integral part of the Finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager. You will gain exposure to a fast-paced and continuous improvement focused business, where your ideas are encouraged and valued.
- Analyse project costs, financial performance, and variances from budget
- Monitor project costs and ensure that all expenses are properly allocated and recorded
- Cashflow management – ensuring accurate cash flow forecasting & tracking of payment terms and outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Own the Fixed Asset Register
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced
- Post journal entries related to monthly transactions, including accruals, prepayments, and payroll
- Perform monthly credit card & fuel card reconciliations
- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
You are a Financial Accountant who has a keen eye for process improvement and who thrives in a collaborative environment. We offer structured training, with exposure to multi-country business practices and growing entities.
- Tertiary Accounting qualification and CPA/CA
- Ideally proficient in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills
- Thrives in a diverse and global environment
- Proactive approach senior stakeholder management and problem solving
