**The Role**
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving account growth. You’ll be the main point of contact for key clients, leading kick-off calls, overseeing day-to-day communications, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Working closely with the Account Director and internal teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life while identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships. From tracking budgets and timelines to maintaining brand consistency, you’ll ensure every detail is managed with precision. Additionally, you will contribute to advertising strategy, consumer research, and market analysis to help drive business growth and campaign success.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead kick-off calls for new projects, ensuring clear objectives, alignment, and smooth onboarding.
- Act as the point of escalation for client concerns, proactively addressing issues and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage day-to-day communications for select clients, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction.
- Attend and lead weekly WIP meetings with clients, providing strategic updates and maintaining alignment across projects.
- Drive 40% revenue growth YOY across key clients, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and increase profitability.
- Respond to all client briefs, leading internal teams to develop compelling proposals that drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, expanding client engagement and maximizing revenue potential.
- Oversee quoting, budgeting, and commercial discussions, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain consistent client communications and service standards across all accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, history, and strategic objectives, acting as a brand expert within the team.
- Keep track of past projects, creator preferences, and campaign learnings, ensuring effective talent alignment.
- Oversee project administration, including setting up jobs in Notion and ensuring proper documentation (campaign managers to complete details).
- Manage procurement processes, PO requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Handle client agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Monitor head hours against Scope of Work (SOW) using Jibble, identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Conduct weekly internal catch-ups with project teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Lead weekly external meetings with clients, providing strategic updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Plan, develop, and organise advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and brand growth.
- Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to effectively reach target markets and enhance consumer awareness.
- Coordinate production of social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and production teams within budget and timelines.
- Analyse data regarding consumer patterns, preferences, and behaviours to inform campaign strategies.
- Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends to enhance strategic planning and optimise advertising strategies across social media.
- Research market demand and characteristics for new goods and services, collecting and analysing relevant data and statistics.
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Commission and undertake market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management, advertising, or marketing and demonstrated success in achieving YOY growth.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience coordinating advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion and Jibble is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and commercial discussions.
- Innovative mindset and can creatively problem solve to get cut-through and achieve strong results.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated.
