**Role summary**: The Strategy Manager will be responsible for advising Fishbowl Management on strategic topics, managing internal projects, and supporting the overall strategic roadmap.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing decision support to Fishbowl Management, including:

- Generating new insights in analytics reports
- Managing the analytics & reporting suite in terms of operational, financial, and marketing reports
- Supporting the advancement of the (internal) data & dashboarding capability
- Drafting a digital strategy & managing the technology roadmap, including:

- Monitoring industry trends and advancement
- Monitoring usage or current (store) systems and identifying limitations of those systems to the operational workflow, ao by interviewing store staff
- Prioritising (tech) improvement initiatives
- Rolling out new initiatives
- Managing account relationships with key tech vendors
- Communicating key changes from overall strategy or new system implementations, including:

- Revising of store procedures and aligning them with internal operations stakeholders
- Taking responsibility for front-line communications
- Collaborating with stakeholders for training of store staff
- Optimising the efficiency of the internal support team, including:

- Advising on & performing upgrades to POS software, online ordering platform, delivery integrations, and menu management
- Setting up workflows to optimise prioritisation of internal service requests and support resource allocation
- Extensive experience with project management and stakeholder management in software development/deployment, preferably in the QSR space
- Highly analytical, with extensive experience Analytical expertise with strong technical skills in PowerBI and Excel, as well as data visualisation and communication skills
- Extensive experience with current systems in the Fishbowl operations tech stack (or similar):

- Square
- Marketman
- Deliverect
- Deputy
- Mobi
- Expertise in store-level and production-level QSR operations
- Experience as strategy consultant is preferred

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
