About the role

As a Customer Service & Trade Counter Service Representative serving the swimming pool industry, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This full-time position is based in Nerang on the Gold Coast, providing an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and in-person at our trade counter.   However predominantly via phone and email
  • Providing knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Processing customer orders, returns and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Helping pick and pack the daily orders, and returns
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a customer service or service role within a trade backgronud
  • Pre existing technical sales/support experience dealing with parts and products
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide effective solutions
  • A keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all your work
  • Familiarity with using computer systems and point-of-sale software (including Shopify)
  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude, with a genuine passion for customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure, autonomously, have a positive & flexible attitude, and possess an excellent work ethic.
