About the position:

As our new Construction Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Office Manager. Based primarily in Accounts Payable and assisting the Project Management Team your day-to-day will include:

  • Accurate entry of all Supplier Invoices, Purchase Orders
  • Monitoring and clearing of Accounts Inbox
  • Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors
  • General admin tasks to keep things ticking

Skills and Experience

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • 6-12 months of previous admin experience required
  • Experienced in MSOffice applications
  • MYOB or Simpro experience would be highly regarded
  • A valid, current Australian drivers licence
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
