Project Administrator
who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

About The Role

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and registers to support multidisciplinary project team delivering global studies and projects
  • Support team collaboration by managing project correspondence and maintaining communication logs.
  • Streamline document management processes using digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure easy access and compliance with project standards.
  • Maintain data accuracy by updating project-related data in tracking systems for reports and schedules.
  • Coordinate and assist with meeting logistics, including schedule meetings, workshops, and team events, supporting post-event follow-up and documentation
  • Collate, format, and manage project documentation with precision and confidentiality.

About You

  • Proven experience in high-level administration within engineering or project delivery environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to high-impact global projects.
  • Comfort with digital tools and a willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Effective coordination skills for managing schedules, logistics, or events.
