Project Administrator - Leading Construction Company

Join a respected construction business delivering a diverse range of commercial and design-driven projects across Queensland. We're seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to provide vital support across multiple teams, from design and estimating through to project delivery and management.

About the Role

As Project Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with the Design Team, Estimating Team, General Manager, and Project Managers to ensure efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and seamless communication across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project and site teams with documentation, contracts, and procurement
  • Track and update project budgets, schedules, and variations
  • Maintain registers for RFIs, submittals, and approvals
  • Prepare reports and assist senior management with project-related admin and compliance

About You

  • Previous experience in a construction or engineering environment is desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working with Microsoft Office, Procore, Cheops, or similar systems
  • A collaborative attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for supporting successful project delivery
