About the Role
Are you a digital project manager who can juggle 40+ web builds without breaking a sweat? Know just enough tech to keep developers honest, clients calm, and timelines tight?
We're hiring a Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of fast-paced web projects for a high-growth, national digital agency. You won't need to code — but if someone drops "DNS record" or "Cloudflare issue" into a call, you'll know exactly what they mean. The role is based onsite at the Lower North Shore office.
This role is perfect for someone who's worked in a smaller agency and is ready to step into the big leagues, managing high-volume, high-impact client projects with a calm head and clear comms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage 40–50 website projects concurrently from post-sale through to handover.
- Be the key point of contact between sales, clients, and the outsourced team.
- Run daily stand-ups with delivery partners to track progress and unblock issues.
- Ensure clients are updated regularly, including at least one call or meeting every two weeks.
- Use HubSpot and internal tools to track milestones, log comms, and manage delivery.
- Review project scope, timelines, and costs — especially for jobs over $15k
- Maintain clear expectations and timelines with both internal teams and external partners
- Escalate risks early and help course-correct when projects go off track
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in digital/web project delivery
- Strong grasp of WordPress, Shopify, and how websites are scoped and delivered
- Knows the basics of DNS, MX records, A records, CNAMEs, and how websites get live
- Confident dealing with outsourced teams and white-label partners
- Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Sydney-based and available to work on-site (this isn't a remote role)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Agency background in digital/web/SEO
- Experience scoping and quoting website builds
- Ability to explain tech to non-tech clients (and vice versa)
