Overview
The Customer Solutions Center (CSC) focuses on how we deliver capability to our customers both internal and external, supported by a product team and a team of technical architects. We help shape together our capabilities across loyalty, safety, security, open data, digital and multi-rail capabilities to cater for the needs today and to prepare for tomorrow. You will have a deep understanding of different industries, understand emerging trends and help drive solutions.
Role
This Senior Analyst role at Mastercard's Customer Solutions Center focuses on driving product strategy and execution for Pay by Account and Real Time Payments, enhancing both account-to-account and card based payment solutions. This position involves collaboration across multiple teams and clients to ensure successful product deployment and customer satisfaction.
This is an outstanding development role for a high achieving, accountable leader of tomorrow. The role will give exposure to Mastercard's global technology. The successful candidate will collaborate with a large number of Mastercard divisions and leaders to co-ordinate and develop client outcomes. Additionally, the role will provide exposure to internal and external product stakeholders.
Reporting to the Director – New Solutions, Customer Solutions Centre (CSC), this position:
Product Strategy and Execution: Supports account-to-account payment solutions strategy, go-to-market, operational efficiency/tech partner communication, and commercialization. It is involved with the deployment of Mastercard's payment products, managing projects for multiple clients and ensuring alignment with business objectives. It enables multiple use cases such as retail, bill and business payments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Requires working closely with various internal teams including Customer Segment Account Managers, Delivery, Finance, Product, Data, and Services to solve problems and deliver client outcomes effectively.
Customer and Stakeholder Management: Responsibilities include managing ongoing product services at the customer level, conducting client meetings, and creating exceptional customer experiences that positively influence Mastercard's brand preference.
Market Insight and Product Development: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop, launch, and optimize product features while ensuring seamless user experiences. Involves the development and ongoing maintenance of dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the successful completion of all delivery projects for multiple clients
Collaborate and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of products.
Manage projects to achieve success metrics established with the customer and Mastercard and ensure application of CSC best practices & methodology.
Actively monitor Pay by Account operational SLAs and provide escalation support for technology suppliers and reseller partners. Proactively identify potential issues, ensuring swift resolution or appropriate escalation when necessary.
Provide reporting on Pay by Account KPIs, and manage billing/payment of invoices to resellers/suppliers, obtaining relevant approvals
Create an exceptional experience for Mastercard customers when deploying Mastercard products & services and positively influence brand preference. Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements.
Ensure a seamless user experience by working with UX/UI teams.
Provide subject matter expertise during customer discussions, supporting Sales and Consulting teams during sales and pre-launch activities.
Conduct client and new program implementation kick-off meetings as required, including travel (where applicable) to client to facilitate project discussions
Manage key strategic delivery efforts for customers including first time deployments of new product and services and first-time deployments of new technology not widely distributed in market.
Apply lessons learned from previous implementation experiences and provide subject matter expertise on how customers can deploy and utilize new products and services being brought to market.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.

Able to balance technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value in decision-making.
