Services Manager

Westcon-Comstor are seeking an experienced
Services Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Services Leader. This role is pivotal in overseeing the delivery of professional and technical services, managing key partner and vendor engagements, and driving internal and customer-facing projects. You will be instrumental in optimising our post-sales service offerings while ensuring high standards of project governance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achievement of Quarter and Annual Services Revenue and Gross Profit budget across the 4 pillars of Supply Chain Services, Vendor Embedded Services, Professional Services and Education Services
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Professional Services projects across the IT channel.
Manage and coordinate the delivery of:
- Vendor Embedded Services – ensuring service resources are successfully integrated and aligned with vendor expectations.
- Education Services – overseeing technical training and enablement programs for partners and end-users.
Supply Chain Services – supporting service integration related to logistics, configuration, and delivery of IT solutions.
Work closely with service delivery professionals and technical consultants to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds SLAs and maintains high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and vendor teams to develop and scope tailored service offerings.
- Oversee project governance, budgeting, and effective resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Track and report on service delivery KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support vendor onboarding and enablement in alignment with services strategy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT services or professional services delivery.
- Strong project management background: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience in the IT distribution ecosystem or working with vendors/partners.
- Exposure to or experience with cyber security technologies, services, or frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of networking, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies.
- Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
