Our client, a significant sporting club, located in Claremont is seeking a Receptionist / Administration Officer to join their team for a 1 month temporary assignment. This opportunity may lead to longer term.

Duties will include:

  • Reception duties including greeting members, answering phones
  • Taking payment, issuing receipts
  • Managing bookings and membership
  • General administration including membership database management
  • Website maintenance

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with people of diverse and varying backgrounds
  • Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise workload
  • Confidently navigate in MS office, including Excel, Word
  • High regard and respect for confidentiality and discretion
  • Able to navigate and use Word Press (essential)
