The Opportunity

Revo Fitness is expanding nationally, and we're on the lookout for a full-time Systems Administrator to join our ICT team. Reporting to the ICT Team Lead, this key role supports our internal teams and systems, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT infrastructure across all locations. You'll work closely with our IT Manager, Strategy team, and key stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, optimise platforms, manage system performance, and contribute to technology growth initiatives. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver an outstanding experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain internal IT systems including CRM, communications platforms, and infrastructure such as laptops, servers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Technical Support & User Management: Provide root cause analysis and resolution for system issues. Set up and manage user accounts, workstations, and permissions. Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure staff have the right hardware and training.
  • CRM & Application Oversight: Act as the first point of contact for Perfect Gym and E-Gym. Manage user permissions, automations, workflows, integrations, and key system functions such as access control and payment plans.
  • Cyber Security & Compliance: Assist with maintaining security infrastructure. Promote cyber-security awareness and best practices across the organisation. Stay informed on evolving security standards and technologies.
  • Process Optimisation & Documentation: Identify opportunities to integrate and automate systems for improved efficiency. Maintain system documentation, support budget planning, and generate reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • New Club Technology Delivery: Coordinate IT setup for new club launches including access control, API configuration, and NBN/network installations. Ensure systems are installed, configured, and integrated smoothly.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant ICT qualifications or certifications are preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of networks, systems software, and hardware.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
