Junior Scheduler

Adrian Zorzi is a registered builder in Western Australia, specialising in luxury residential homes. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Scheduler to join our Claremont-based team. With projects across Perth and the South West, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and be an integral part of a highly regarded building company.

This role is ideal for someone looking to learn from the ground up or apply existing skills across a diverse and dynamic workload. Your communication skills are paramount, and a professional, friendly and courteous attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project scheduling and assist with construction timelines
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and trades in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Previous administration or construction industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
