About the Role
Highly valued as the forefront member of the ANC team, this is a full-time role working from the office, and hours will be set as standard hours (9am – 5pm).
Working in our fun contact centre, you will be the point of contact across sales, logistical and processing work, looking after the needs of our customers. This is a fast-paced role, as you will adapt to the various customer demands.
You will not be expected to perform cold calling.
About You
The successful candidate will:
Be adaptable, efficient, and responsive
Have excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Enjoy working in a contact centre environment as part of a close-knit team
Possess a general interest in health and wellness
Possess basic excel and computer skills
Possess a valid visa with a right to work or be an Australian citizen
