
Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales and Account Management Coordinator to drive new business development and support existing client relationships within the healthcare technology sector. In this dual-focused role, you will take ownership of outbound sales activity including prospecting, cold calling, and lead nurturing to build a strong pipeline and achieve revenue growth. You will also be responsible for account management, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales calls, emails, and prospecting activities.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect and customer interactions to support effective sales tracking and forecasting.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to progress opportunities.
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring regular contact, retention, and identification of upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Provide account support including preparation of proposals, quotes, and product enhancements, working closely with Account Managers where required.
Respond to inbound enquiries as needed, while keeping the primary focus on outbound sales and new business development.
Key Skills
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within healthcare technology, digital health, or related sectors.
Proven track record in outbound sales (cold calling, lead generation, prospect nurturing) with ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Understanding of healthcare service delivery environments (e.g., community health, mental health, allied health, or primary care).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with healthcare professionals and organisational leaders.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
Organised, self-motivated, and able to balance new business development with account management responsibilities.
Willingness to continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date with healthcare industry requirements and standards.
