The Opportunity

As a Showroom Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face of our Preston showroom, supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Processing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry
  • Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support
  • Assisting the team with general showroom administration
  • Helping create a seamless and professional customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales experience welcomed)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn
