Warehouse Administration Assistant

The Warehouse Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities and suit someone who has a high level of attention to detail, highly organised and solutions focused.

• Generate Operational Reports: Run daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports to support team performance and decision-making.
• Coordinate Warehouse Deliveries: Oversee and manage outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Collaborate on Stock Picking and Delivery Planning: Work closely with the online team to confirm stock picking lists and coordinate delivery schedules with the warehouse team.
• Support Stocktake Preparation: Assist in preparing for regular and ad hoc stocktakes, ensuring all documentation and systems are ready.
• Provide Administrative Support: Deliver general administrative assistance to the Warehouse Delivery Manager and National Administration Manager as required.
• Manage Warehouse Supplies: Monitor and oversee warehouse supplies ordering.
• Month-End Support: Assist the Finance Team with month-end administrative tasks, including reporting and reconciliation activities.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills: for generating and managing operational reports with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong Organisational Skills: for coordinating deliveries, managing stock picking lists, and supporting month-end and stocktake processes.
• Warehouse Administration Experience: across procedures, inventory systems, and logistics coordination.
• Client-centric Mindset: to support internal teams and ensure smooth operations.
• Solutions-Focused Mindset: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, improving processes, and supporting team success.
