The Role and Responsibilities:

As the Merchandise Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the product lifecycle and ensuring the smooth execution of merchandise activities. You'll assist in managing samples, preparing showrooms, coordinating product data, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product data entry, catalogue management, and maintaining accurate pricing and imagery.
  • Work with Product Managers to prepare showrooms, samples, and documentation for buyer meetings and marketing shoots.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Track samples, liaise with vendors, and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Conduct competitor research and maintain a competitor data matrix.
  • Document standard operating procedures and continuously seek process improvements.
