We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Administration Officer to be the backbone of our daily operations and ensure our dealership runs seamlessly.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on and varied role perfect for a practical problem-solver. You will be the go-to person for ensuring our dealership looks its best and functions perfectly every day. You will blend facilities management with traditional administration, providing crucial support to our entire team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealership Operations & Maintenance (The Fixer & Buyer):

  • Oversee the daily operational maintenance of the showroom and office facilities.
  • Proactively identify, coordinate, and oversee repairs and maintenance (e.g., electrical, plumbing, lighting), managing relationships with external vendors and contractors.
  • Source and purchase (buy things) office supplies, stationery, kitchen staples, cleaning products, and promotional materials, managing inventory levels.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the company vehicle fleet.

2. Corporate Administration (The Organiser):

  • Handle general administrative duties, including mail processing, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and preparation.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Mandatory: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. (Required to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues and English-speaking suppliers/clients).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administration, office support, or operations role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A valid Australian driver's licence.

  • Experience in procurement or vendor management.
  • Own reliable transportation.
