We're a fast-growing wholesale company in the giftware industry seeking a reliable, organised, and motivated Office Administrator & Sales Support who can also assist with showroom sales. This is a full-time role with variety and responsibility.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with both customers and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the office
- Support the sales team with quotes, order entry, and admin tasks
- Assist customers in the showroom with product information and sales
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain organised records and office systems
- General office admin duties as needed
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in face-to-face customer service and showroom sales
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
- Experience in admin, sales support, or customer service
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiarity with accounting software or CRMs is a plus
- Mandarin-speaking applicants are strongly preferred due to customer and supplier communication
