We offer the largest and most comprehensive range of skirtings, architraves, doors, and accessory mouldings in Australia, catering to various housing eras from Victorian to Modern & Contemporary. Our extensive product range is produced from quality materials like Moisture Resistant Medium Density Fibreboard (MRMDF) and various timbers. Our dedicated staff, with extensive experience in the building industry, are committed to helping create beautiful, comfortable, and functional homes.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Bayswater, VIC location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. They will also handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in sales managment of team, strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of the building industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
