Plumbing Sales Specialist
to join our Bayswater team.
With sales up 30% year-on-year, it's an exciting time to step into a growing branch where you'll play a key role in supporting trade customers and building the future of our business.
What You'll Do
- Assist trade customers at the counter with product advice, quotes, and orders.
- Build and manage customer accounts alongside the Branch Manager.
- Conduct outbound customer calls and develop new business in the Bayswater/South-East suburbs market.
- Support branch operations - picking orders, deliveries, and trade promotions.
- Learn from an experienced team with over 150 years of industry knowledge.
What we're looking for:
- Plumbing or trade industry knowledge (essential).
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not essential).
- Great communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Motivated, career-focused, and eager to grow into a long-term role.
- A valid driver's licence.
What's on offer:
- Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Profit Share.
- Use of a company Ute (conditions apply).
- Full-time role: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, every 2nd Saturday 8am-12pm.
