Our Team
Our Support Office team works in a friendly and dynamic environment. We proudly deliver services across finance, IT, quality and risk, marketing and customer experience, and people culture and diversity. From collaborating with approachable Leaders to guiding clients through aged care transitions, our team members are crucial in helping our customer-facing teams deliver on our commitment to high-quality care. The Role
We are looking for experienced Procurement Administration Officer to assist with:
- Age care act transition processing and managing new and existing contracts across the busines
- Supporting procurement performance reporting, benefits realisation, and contract compliance
- Assisting in sourcing strategy execution and contract management administration
- Managing procurement and fleet inboxes, vendor compliance, and stakeholder engagement
- Updating and maintaining procurement intranet content, master data, and contract registers
- Providing general administrative support, including memo drafting, meeting coordination, and intranet updates
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong experience in contract management
- Experience in procurement and contract management within a complex service-based environment
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and alignment with established processes
- Experience in using electronic management systems
