We're looking for a skilled Procurement & Contracts Administrator with strong Victorian Government procurement experience to play a key role in supporting efficient, transparent and compliant procurement operations.

In this role, you'll:

  • Provide expert guidance on VGPB policies, processes and systems
  • Support procurement and contract activities, including reporting, documentation, and system improvements
  • Maintain accurate data across procurement and contract management platforms
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, training materials and policy updates

You bring:

  • Sound knowledge of VGPB requirements, probity and public sector procurement practices
  • Experience with procurement and contract management systems
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to best practice
