About the Role

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and structured Operations & People Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a small-to-medium business environment, balancing people leadership, operations and project management.

You'll act as the bridge between the CEO, Head of Operations and the wider team shaping culture, building capability and driving operational excellence.

From overseeing warehouse and logistics, to managing HR processes and embedding better systems, no two days will look the same.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a values-driven, growing business and make a tangible impact across both people and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted link between the CEO, leadership and staff.

Lead, motivate and support team members while embedding a positive culture.

Manage warehouse operations and delivery coordination across Sydney and interstate.

Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and staff development.

Run team meetings, morning catchups and track projects in Asana.

Ensure operational efficiency, quality control and safety compliance.

Streamline processes and improve systems to boost performance.

Provide hands-on support to cover critical roles during peak periods.

About You
3-5 years' experience in operations, HR or project management (ideally in small business, café, logistics, hospitality or manufacturing).

Business-related degree highly regarded.

Demonstrated success in people leadership and operations management.

Commercially minded with strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and ideally Asana (or similar).

Hands-on, proactive leader with a can-do attitude.
