We are currently looking for experienced Sous Chef who has:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef (in Japanese restaurants preferred)
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

Your duties will include:

  • Cutting meat and preparing ingredients for cooking
  • Executing recipes
  • Receiving and storage of stock
  • Adhering to OH&S regulations and procedures
  • Maintaining a hygienic and safe workplace
  • Working cohesively in a kitchen team
