Catholic Development Fund (CDF) is seeking two Relationship Support Officers to be a key point of contact for our clients and internal teams. The Relationship Support Officer position is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, detail-oriented environment and is eager to grow within a values-based financial institution.
We currently have two exciting permanent opportunities available and are inviting applications from candidates based in Melbourne or regional Ballarat, with the flexibility to work from either our East Melbourne or Ballarat office—whichever location suits you best

The Impact You'll Make
The Client Services Team is the heart of CDF, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and internal teams are well-supported. As a Relationship Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Client Support
- Managing inquiries, processing account changes, and ensuring seamless transactions
- Handle account maintenance requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide proactive client communication, ensuring a seamless service experience
- Process financial transactions, including domestic and international payments, investments, and batch processing
Internal & Relationship Manager Support
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to enhance client interactions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Assist clients with training and self-service support
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations
What We're Looking For
- Attention to detail – You take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Strong communication skills – You build relationships easily and provide excellent client support
- Problem-solving mindset – You enjoy finding solutions that enhance the client experience
- Organised and efficient – You can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Previous experience in customer support, banking, or administration is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
